Fear destroys your life
Get rid of your fears and go on
There is more fear in every human soul. Some fears are small
or harmless. We are afraid of spider. We are afraid to miss the train. We are
afraid that the food we make is not good. These are harmless fears. But if we
don't treat them, they can also grow.
But there are also great fears. They are those that slow
down our development. Those who can ruin our carrier. They are making our lives
hell. What do people fear?
- They are afraid of being abandoned.
- They are afraid to be alone.
- They are afraid that they will not be able to do something that they want to do.
- They are afraid that they will not be able to work.
- They are afraid to ask someone for something.
- They are afraid that people will criticize them.
- They are afraid of losing their wealth.
- They are afraid of not being loved.
- They are afraid that they are not making enough money.
- They are afraid of new situations.
- They are afraid of strangers.
- They're afraid they won't be good enough at sex.
- They are afraid of new relationships.
- They are afraid to tell their actions.
- They fear that others will gossip about what they want.
- They are afraid that others will find out their secrets.
- They are afraid to speak their mind.
- They fear failure.
- They fear defeat.
- They fear humiliation.
- They are afraid of diseases.
- They are afraid of infections.
- They fear death.
- They are afraid of losing something.
- They fear being attacked.
These are all dangerous fears. The list could be much longer. But the point is not the list. Every human being knows for himself what fear it is. If you want to be successful, these fears must be overcome. Or, at least, the negative impact of these fears must be shrouded. (I certainly don't know English well. But I can certainly help you overcome your fears.)
Let's see what we must do to overcome these fears. The first step is to write down exactly what you are afraid of. This can be a few lines of writing, but it can be multi-page writing. It works like this:
Answer the next simple question without thinking: What are you afraid of?
After that, put the sheet aside for 1-2 hours and do what you have to do. Then repeat the list of your fears. Read it, think about it, correct it, arrange it. Finally, list your fears by putting the one you fear the most first, then the next, and so on.
Send me this list (miksa.beer@gmail.com). You don't have to provide any information (age and occupation, whether you live alone or not, and the number of inhabitants of the city where you live or where you work). But don't forget to write the email address where I can send the answer. I can't speak English perfectly. But I can tell you what to do to overcome your fears.
